PEER Helpdesk
PEER has created a Helpdesk for the various stakeholder groups.
In addition, authors who have received an invitation from a participating journal to self-deposit have the option to deposit their article in the framework of the PEER project using the submission interface on the helpdesk site.
If you do not find the information you need on this page, or elsewhere in the main PEER website, please follow through to the PEER helpdesk, where you can explore our frequently asked questions, or ask a new one!
General information:
To keep up to date with development on PEER, the easiest way is to sign up for the RSS news feed from the PEER website. Additional information can be found in the following website sections:
Publishers:
The project is now closed to new publishers, however we would encourage interested publishers to stay abreast of PEER developments via the project’s news items and reports.
Already participating?
If you are already participating in PEER and have a query, please check the Frequently Asked Questions section of the PEER helpdesk. If your query is not addressed there, you can use the helpdesk system to raise your query and have it answered by the appropriate project experts. Please check the page Creating a ticket on the PEER helpdesk.
Researchers:
Have you been invited by a participating publisher to deposit an accepted manuscript?
As part of PEER, EU authors from selected participating journals are being invited to deposit their accepted manuscript within PEER. Please go to the PEER helpdesk to deposit your manuscript.
